| Post outbreak, this was the HQ of the small survivor group, the [[Dead Dude Hunters]], from roughly July to September of 2007. Once based out of [[Richmond Hills]], the group left the area to eventually aid in the defense of the [[Survivor Security Zone]]. They are no longer active in this suburb, and in fact, have since gone missing entirely.
