Status of Suburb?

There hasn't been any news about the suburb in a little over a month now. Does anyone know if it's still uninhabitable? I ask because I am a representative from Rotter's Relief and we would like to reopen our clinic in Woodborne Building [0, 44]. Thanks.

Mini-Flag?
