I just think a developing article or developing event page would help in situations where an author may not know how to expand their article or would like some tips on how to make it more awesome. If you want to use this article for an example, though, I see that most of the people commenting here are asking for the expansion of the article but nowhere do I see any good suggestions on how to do so. Karek's idea has some merit IMHO and I would like to see if it can be expanded upon.
