Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

14FEB2012 You are inside the Lapwood Building. The building has been very strongly barricaded. A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel. Somebody has spraypainted The Knights of St. ANselm have returned onto a wall. --Zex Suik 04:55, 15 February 2012 (UTC)

History

August 7, 2010 The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. Mould and fungus bloom across the crumbling walls, and the building's fittings are buried beneath dust and fallen plaster. The doors to the street have been left wide open. Somebody has spraypainted Stick your lap on my wood onto an outside wall.
