This could be interpreted to mean that a user could demand that all content which they have submitted be removed from the site, which would obviously have a negative impact on a number of pages if the user was a frequent contributor. Wikipedia deals with this problem by stating that by contributing you are licensing your content under the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License (CC-BY-SA) and the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL). As we don't have a requirement for content to be reproducible elsewhere, I would suggest a statement something along the lines of:

The aim of this discussion is to achieve consensus on the subject of ownership of user-submitted content. The trigger for this discussion was the recent deletions of user pages and current misconduct case.
