I would ask Mia to view the comments made by Maxwell Hammer on Gage's talk page as well as any comments made on DHPD pages to determine intent and character of the edits. Additionally although I will admit some of the DHPD may have been a bit over the top in their replies to Maxwell, record will show that what has been said about Max is more or less true, while Max's statements about the DHPD have in fact been fallacies and innuendo.

I already have. Regardless of what he's said, I am still obligated to give him a chance to defend himself. --SirensT RR 20:20, 15 October 2006 (BST)
Oh I'm not saying he doesn't have that right, Nor would I want you to rule in an unfair fashion, I was just making a P.O.O. (i.e. point of order before the jokes start) Conndrakamod T CFT 20:25, 15 October 2006 (BST)

P.O.O. the reverts done to Cotty Street PD was by someone not affiliated with the DHPD nor its membership. (Alan Watson acording to the edit log) However upon looking at the edits Max made it is easy to see why it was referred to as vandalism since it was non-esential, in pov format, and frankly insulting. Not to mention it was efectivly the same crap that was on The Rabbit Hole and subject to deletion under the Deletion work around rule.Conndrakamod T CFT 23:10, 15 October 2006 (BST)

I would like to point out that any Major Gage first started it by calling me a dumbass when I asked him to point out a rule. I think he said, "It's common sense, dumbass". It was on the speedy deletion page or the vandalism page. He then invited me to edit the Cotty Street PD page and I did so. I would also like to point out, User_talk:Maxwell_Hammer, where Gage is now taunting me on my talk page, so anything I might have said on his talk page are more than justified in playground law of "he started it".--Maxwell Hammer 23:55, 15 October 2006 (BST)
