Overview
The Umbrella Corporation was once an infamous organization within the city of Malton, resisting scores of the undead in the preservation of the survivor way. After many years of established operations within the city streets, the renowned organization fell due to the unsolved disappearances of its valued operatives. To the detriment of Ruddlebank's survivor population, the raging fire that was once the Umbrella Corporation burned to ashes.
Without the presence of Umbrella's operatives patrolling the dark streets, the zombie populace ran rampant. The fortified buildings of Malton, of which were the lifeblood for survival, were ripped apart and ruined by the hordes. Innocent survivors were violently dragged from their beds, and thrown into the city streets, only to be savagely clawed apart. The once lit buildings reverberated the gurgling screams, and stood as shadowed sentinels in the deathly silence that followed.
Three surviving operatives, who witnessed the horrors of Umbrella Corporation's downfall, emerged from the chaos that followed. They came together seeking solace in the dark corners of Ruddlebank's underbelly. As rotting fingernails clawed against the barricades outside, they knew the only path to survival was to reform Umbrella. It was soon after, through the smoke and rubble of Malton's city streets, the prior Umbrella operatives were met by three battle hardened survivors. The group of six came to trust one another, and through their common values they worked together to form the Phoenix Syndicate.
From that moment forward, Umbrella's Phoenix Syndicate has charged forward into the dark of night. Ascending into the black skies over Malton, the Phoenix leaves a fiery trail of justice in their wake. Through the dedication and perseverance of the group's original six members, Phoenix Syndicate continues to grow and establish deep roots within the suburb of Ruddlebank.
Current Operations
The Phoenix Syndicate is currently reclaiming the suburb of Ruddlebank from the undead hordes of Malton. Through the hard work and determination of the Syndicate's loyal members, we hope to create a safe haven in Ruddlebank for survivors, and to reestablish a positive presence of the once powerful Umbrella Corporation.
