might be useful.
Maybe Im just new to this city, but There are probably 40 Zeds outside the buildings window and Im scared like hell,

Jesus Christ, what the hell happened?, last thing I remember was writing in this book when the barricades collapsed.
I stopped writing, Got up and after that I woke up here with a splitting headache and a needle in my neck
Well, for now I'm Going to go look for somewhere familiar, And find some more survivors cuz theres no one in sight
Damn, My neck is killing me, I had to pull out the syringe by myself
