Rampage went well, killed 2 zombies and then 'nother 2 yesterday. My skill is growing in every respect, I feel totally powerful. I'm starting to realise how much us humans overpower the zombies in this town. Those no good undead folk just aren't scary anymore, I can kill them before they even get close to me.

Sorry 'bout the long wait. Those zombies are everywhere. I did my bit trying to liberate the mall a few blocks over, 50+ zeds there all the time. I got a couple. I feel there is not much left for me to learn, just lots of zombies to kill. I'm nearly fully loaded and ready to go on a rampage. Ciao!

The people in my precious Necrotech building are threatening to barricade it too strongly for me to enter, I can't jump between buildings like they can! IM trying to learn though. The hospitals seem to be running out of First Aid kits, I only found a couple today. I cured a poor man from the disease today. It felt good to take one out of action. I don't want to leave my hometown, but I may have to if the condition gets any worse.

Phew. Some military folk came and cleared the zombies away. I'm back in my old Necrotech building now. Unfortunately I think the supply of syringes is running out. Ive been searching all day but i've only found one although there's DNA extractors everywhere. No zombies around at the moment. Its quiet...too quiet.

--4th October 2005: Phail's Scrapbook.

Been quiet around here for too long, i'm getting restless. I left the mall today and saw a zombie attacking some civilians who couldn't get in for the barricades. Luckily it only had 5hp and I quickly wasted it with a headshot. That'll teach it. After searching a wide radius around the mall and finding no other zombies, I deemed the area safe and spent the rest of the day searching for ammo in the gun store. Im building up quite an armoury and getting stronger all the time from carrying it all. Im afraid however that soon we'll all start running out of food. Supplies seem to be running low as it is. Seeing people infected with some sort of disease, yet still alive worries me. I've taken to carrying round several first aid kits just in case, even though i'm not particularly adept with their use.

Rrrrrrrr...Find meat...EAT...RRZZGGGRRZZzggzrz...stronger muscles...move quick...RRR...food run...GRRRRRRR!!! Not full...need flesh...

--3rd October 2005: Dark Walk's Necrotech planner.

I think i'm starting to understand these 'things' behaviour. They lust for food, human flesh, this can't be good. Last night my precious necrotech office was broken into by several of them. It seems the virus has become infectious, I woke up feeling terrible, I felt worse and worse throughout the day. I was in such a state by the time I reached this hospital I reckon I would've died soon if it wasn't for the nice doctor here. Unfortunately now the zombies have found me here as well. There's 7 of them outside right now. I'm going to have to make a break for it, i'll be no good to anyone dead.
Dark Walk, signing out for what may be the last time.

Death Stench

Timestamp: 10:34, 30 Oct 2005 (GMT)
Type: Skill
Scope: Zombies
Description: Zombie can choose to emit a foul stench which stays in the same block. It disappears only after either 24 hours has elapsed or 10 AP has been spent in the block. Every AP spent by a human in said cloud would have a 10% chance of becoming infected and a 50% chance of taking 1 damage. Effect DOES NOT stack. So if 5 stenches were in one square then there would still be a 10% chance of infection and 50% chance of taking 1 damage. Using this ability in an already stenched block would NOT reset the timers or extend them, the user would simply be told, "There is already a stench here".
