Why?

They disagree with sysops. Obviously, that means they are wrong about everything (even if they specifically reference policy proving they are right).

Sysop is a very important position. So important, that only bureaucrats get to vote. However, before they vote, they would like to hear your opinion. They don't give a shit what it is. But, you are welcome to share it.

Zombie Speech Improvement: Zombies understand each others' speech perfectly and can use the full alphabet. Survivors, however, will see speech translated as it currently is.

Quarantine: As overall player population has dropped, 5 (mostly unimportant) suburbs should be declared [i]Quarantined[/i]. A 30 day window would be given for all characters to abandon the area. After that time, remaining characters would be dumped randomly into a bordering suburb. The 5 suburbs would be inaccessible, creating a new element to move and reducing total play area.
