They do what the name already says: cleaning the scum from the streets.
I founded it while fighting back the Dowdney Mall siege. And every so often it happened that some PKing or GKing bastard entered the Mall and shot innocent citizens.
So I decided to put an end to this drama and to hunt down, to CLEAN out, all those who were trying to sympathise with the zombies.
