Laos Oman is one of the scouts inside Malton. He travels constantly arond the city, issuing himself with the task of keeping the NT Status Map up to date. He was last seen in Roywood, but has probably moved on since then.
Upon death, his primary task turned to collecting brains. Revivification is an effective way to get him back to the human cause, however.
