This page is for the books written by John Killah over his time in thw quarantine. The author has dully noted that some things may seem unrealistic, but hey, we thought that about zombies too right?

History of the Books

John Killah's first diary entry appeared nearly 3 years ago on 1st May 2006. John Killah was a fresh-faced member of the Special Tactics And Rescue Squad, who were at the time fighting the PKering group of PH. The first few chapters were true to what was happening at the time. From there, it went into the future. It explained how PH then moved to West Grayside and how they were eventually destroyed. John was then evacuated in the 14th entry. Some thought that would be the end of the books, but they were quite wrong.

Soon, a 15th Entry appeared, in the guise of 6 months later and a new book. It detailed what he had done when he was evacuated and why he had returned. It was then announced that a 2nd Mall Tour was happening (In actual events, a 2nd Mall Tour did happen - Mall Tour 07, though this was several months after the book was finished.) and that they were heading for Caiger Mall. John quickly left for Caiger, and the book climaxed with the zombies breaking in and John ready to defend.

A 3rd Book appeared, only 1 month after the diary's had started. This was the 22nd Entry, and it started with STARS mourning John's apparent death, only for him to stumble in. He is eventually zombified by remnants of the 2nd Mall Tour and wanders south into a suburb he didn't remember. He was treated kindly and was eventually returned to STARS. There, he discovered a supposed Cure to the entire problem, but it had bad side-affects that cancelled out the good. The book ended with all samples of the cure being eliminated.

The 4th Book arrived over a month after the 3rd one started. Although it was such a short time between the books, the time in the books was dramatic and it had forwarded several years. John was now happily engaged to someone. However, an old enemy in the form of PH arrives and sets off deadly concequences. During the fight with PH, Their supposed God, Saint Poli, is killed by Sarah, John's fiancee. This leads to a devestating assualt on East Grayside which leaves the suburb ruined, in the sense of buildings where reduced to rubble. The final battle occurs on a building in West Grayside where John apparently sacrifices himself to kill the new PH Leader - Pherez. It then transpires that John had grabbed a ledge on the way down and saved himself, letting the severed head (Which was ripped off when John jumped on it on the way down) fall to the ground below.

The 5th Book turned up, again, 1 month after the 4th, and once again, skips a few years. John and Sarah are now married with a kid, Violet. They have since rebuilt East Grayside, and are shocked to discover that Serge, a supposed vicitim in the PH Blast that decimated East Grayside, is actually alive though an amnesiac. However, at the same time, The Big Bash is approaching, and through the rest of the book, Violet is snached and one of the members is revealed to be a double agent. The book ends with a fight between the head of The Big Bash and John, in which the double agent reveals he is a man of his word and betrays the people he had defected to.

The 6th Book is the biggest gap in the entire serious, a huge 8 months after the 5th Book. Again, the years have gone by, and Violet, once only a couple of years old, is now a fully grown woman and married to the Commanders Son, Mike Hollis. It is then that John returns to STARS mark the anniversary of his wifes death. However, the anniversary turns into a nightmare when they walk into a trap, aimed at revenge against John. However, he overcomes the odds and comes face to face with an old friend. However, a zombie horde lead by the betrayers son attacks East Grayside, though is repelled by STARS. During the fight, John has to kill Mike in mercy as he was being feasted on by zombies. The book became the biggest (Surpassing the 1st Books 14 chapters) when the 16th chapter finished.

The 7th Book is set a month after (One of the few books to actually remain true to the actual timeline between the books) Book 6 and reveals that NecroTech is meddling once again in Malton, by sending in infected animals. STARS fights back however, though this leads to the death of Chris Hollis and the accension of Serge to Leader position (The book actually corresponded to real events in which Chris Hollis stepped down and handed Leadership to STARS). Finally, NecroTech withdraws and one of John's closest friends escape in an abandoned Necrotech helicopter. It is also in the book that Violet finally reveals she's pregnant with Mike's baby. The end of this book marked a special occasion as it was the 100th entry.

The 8th Book is the final book which stars John Killah as the main character. The name aptly suits the theme of the book as the Zombies of Malton unite against the humans, which prompt all survivors to do the same. During the book, East Grayside is decimated once again and most of STARS is wiped out. The remaining survivors head to Caiger Mall for a final defence against the zombies, in which John dies saving his daughter from an old adversary.

The 9th Book actually is more of a prequel then a sequel. It details parts of John's past that nobody knew about, which included his first meeting with Stephen Wolfe, an affair, a run-in with a friend and a chat with his son-in-law.

The 10th Book takes place 20 years after The 8th Book although it was released only one month later. It introduces a new lead chapter - John Killah Junior, John Killah's Grandson. It tells the story of how he tries to prove himself when Shacknews invade. At the end of the book, tragedy strikes when Violet Killah dies in her sons arms.

Book 11 is set a couple of weeks (Shorter then the actual distance of two months) after Book 10. After the death of his mother, John Killa Jr began drinking heavily and his actions led to the dissolution of STARS. However, after running into Kewabara and Binney, the trio form a new group to take back East Grayside from Zombie hands.

Book 12 is set a couple of days after (again, short then the actual distance of one month)the 11th book. It is also the shorted book in the series at only 3 chapters long). It details the preparation before the strike into East Grayside.

Book 13 is released 3 days after the 12th and takes place only hours after the liberation of East Grayside. It reveals John Killah Jr's feelings for one of the members in his group and also that East Grayside is home to an old family adversary's son. The son declares war on the New STARS, which leads to him giving John Jr an ultimatum, Surrender or Die. It's the first book to reveal John Jr's slipping as he accepts the offer, only to then later renounce his decision and attack the enemy once again.

The 14th Book is also a few hours after the 13th. It is during this once that John Jr finally flips. He rapes the member he likes and then months later, dissappears and becomes a murderer. He eventually returns to East Grayside, where he kills a STARS Member but finds out the his rape led to a baby.

The 15th Book deals with John Jr's final decent into internal anarchy as he kidnaps the member he raped and Binney, then kills them both. He is challenged to a duel with Kewabara, who subsequently wins and kills John Jr on the roof of his previous HQ.

The 16th Book is once again a prequel and is the 2nd part of the Book 9. It shows the few days after the quarantine through John's eyes, the day of his daughters wedding and John Jr's first evil attack.

The 17th Book is a break from the previous book, being written in Word beforehand, making it larger then the previous books. It is told through the eyes of Grant, who is a Captain in The 3rd STARS, headed by Kewabara. It deals with Red Rum attacking malls and STARS's eventual war with them, in which and old members grandson turns up and the truth is out that Grant is John Jr's son.

Book 18 deals with the days after Book 17. Grant Killah is being treated differently despite an uprising against STARS. After supposedly disobeying orders and quelling the insurgency, Grant is KOS'd by Kewabara, who suspects he is becoming like his father.

The 19th Book takes place in the shorted time frame yet - only a couple of minutes after Book 18. Grant is on the run from STARS with a couple of his friends after being KOS'd by Kewabara. They evntually hide in a building which turns out to be the Killah Tomb. Meanwhile, Kewabara resorts to torture to try and find out where Grant is, to no avail. Finally, Grant confronts Kewa, who realises his error and removes the KOS.

The 20th Book is neither a sequel nor a prequel, but is in fact, an interquel, being placed between Books 4 and 5. It is Christmas and instead of being happy, everyone at STARS is scared as they are being stalked and killed one-by-one. A heavily pregnant Sarah gives birth just as John kills the intruder.

The 21st Book is set one again minutes after the 19th book and deals with the murder of the commander and the framing of Grant.
