Hello, I am the Suburb Scout.

In an effort to keep the Danger Map of Malton Suburbs current, I will be creating several characters to wander the streets of Malton and report the condition of the city.

This is a service I wish to provide to all players. I wish for the survivors to know where their safe havens lie. I wish for the zombies to know whether to expect a meal or a headshot. I only offer knowledge... the advantage is intended for any player who uses my findings, regardless of what they do in-game.

Code of the Scouts

The Scouts will not be active players. As I said above, they will assist in neither the survivor nor the zombie cause. They will not search, attack, or barricade, and shall remain at 0 XP for the extent of their time as a Suburb Scout.

I would prefer that these characters remain in survivor form, though they will continue to scout even if killed. I will attempt to conclude each survivor Scout's turn within a junkyard, so as not to disadvantage zombies who seek to break in and ruin buildings. Should a Scout become undead, he will end each turn at a designated Revive Point.

Zombies who find a Suburb Scout are welcome to feast on them to gain XP. Likewise, survivors who come across a Scout are welcome to the XP gained by healing and reviving.

To avoid zerging penalties, each Scout will be assigned to a cluster of suburbs and will scout those areas only. Should a Scout be assigned to an area containing one of my non-Scout alts, that Scout will remain at least 10 squares away until my non-Scout alt has moved on.
