I'm throwing my hat into the ring for quizzes. I'll fix this page up when I can but here is the first challenge?

Quiz 1

Who are the Architects?

Quiz 1 (Guesses)

sfmatttftatisfsiftfaqtqfqamfmintnaatafaizfziiatut+mm qs' i", +fa fa' sf" is what your binary translate to...Not really helping... --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 18:01, 28 October 2010 (BST)

Very good. You can translate binary. You didn't think it would be that easy though, did you? (BTW you may want to try a different binary translator as it seems to have removed spaces in important places) ~Vsig.png 18:23, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Actually, that might have been my fault. I got spaces, but i deleted them... >_< --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 18:24, 28 October 2010 (BST)

+mm qs' i”, +fa fa' sf”

Is what came out for me.--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 18:40, 28 October 2010 (BST)

I've got the longitude, but the latitude looks odd.--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 18:49, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Going to make an arbitrary guess of Lamar Institute of Technology, but I can't work out who the architect was.--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 18:55, 28 October 2010 (BST)
I'm afraid that's not even close. But congratulations on discovering the geographic coordinate part of this puzzle. The final step may be....difficult. ~Vsig.png 19:00, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Is the longtitude 61 61' 196”?--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 19:03, 28 October 2010 (BST)
No. I have discovered a typo, however. The last line should translate to +mm qm' i”, +fa fa' sf” ~Vsig.png 19:08, 28 October 2010 (BST)
I've been assuming the top part is just the decoding mechanism, rather than part of the actual code. Is this correct?--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 19:39, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Indeed, that is correct. It is 'just' the decoding method. ~Vsig.png 19:44, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Right. there are 10 different characters there, and 27 different letter combos. Now, i'd assume that either the characters or the combos have values, possibly created by the order they appear in the list. Anywhere near close?--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 19:47, 28 October 2010 (BST)
The combos indeed have values. I'm not sure where you're going with "created by the order they appear in the list" but it does not sound like you're going in the right path. ~Vsig.png 19:55, 28 October 2010 (BST)
They're ascending numbers, based on the repetition of the first letter as the numbers increase. But what ascending numbers? Its fairly safe to suppose that t=1 because of its inclusion near the beginning and then at the end in the first 3 digit number. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:50, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Well, there are 10 characters, so if t is 1, the others are 2-9 and 0.--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 20:54, 28 October 2010 (BST)

So, If they first column is Tens.

Which means that the units can be worked out as.
2 3 5 7 11 13 15 17 19 23 29 31 39 41 43 47 53 59 61 67 71 73 79 83 97 1u1 --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:59, 28 October 2010 (BST)
As 0 doesn't make an appearancce, I'm assuming u=0 and thy're all primes? --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:59, 28 October 2010 (BST)
+55 32' 9”, +39 39' 23” --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 21:02, 28 October 2010 (BST)
You're very close. Check the substitution again. ~Vsig.png 21:06, 28 October 2010 (BST)

+55 42' 9”, +39 39' 23” ? --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 21:07, 28 October 2010 (BST)

Still off. Also see comment above. There was a typo in one of the letters. Also, you need to answer "Who are the Architects?" ~Vsig.png 21:12, 28 October 2010 (BST)

+55 45' 9”, +39 39' 23” --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 21:30, 28 October 2010 (BST)

Nyet. ~Vsig.png 21:45, 28 October 2010 (BST)

Why do I and A swap values throughout the code?--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 21:57, 28 October 2010 (BST)

They don't. You should go back and check Ross' list of primes. ~Vsig.png 22:00, 28 October 2010 (BST)
I did, my mistake was because he missed out a number so I was gettign confused.--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 22:01, 28 October 2010 (BST)
This bloke? --User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 22:05, 28 October 2010 (BST)
And This bloke.--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 22:06, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Nyet. You have 10 minutes before I must leave, at which point you'll have to wait several hours before I can confirm your answer. ~Vsig.png 22:10, 28 October 2010 (BST)
Barma and Postnik.--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 22:11, 28 October 2010 (BST)

Prize? ~Vsig.png 22:11, 28 October 2010 (BST)

What do you offer as prizes?--User:Yonnua Koponen/signature3 22:12, 28 October 2010 (BST)
