Captain Weeks is the commanding officer of The Red Storm, Unit 7 of the MCDU, the paramilitary branch of the Department of Emergency Management, as well as one of the oldest officers currently serving within the group. He is infamous among the MCDU for being the only man to serve long term in the all female Unit 6, where he earned his commission to 2nd Lt as he proved himself in the resulting fight against the Eastonwood Ferals and their many allies when Caiger fell in Febuary 2007. This is his second term as the commanding officer of Unit 7.
