| He witnessed the destruction of his beloved city and promised his girlfriend to take her back to England (were she was born and raised). Unaware of the approaching threat they moved to [[Malton]], a city build on a small island just off the British coast. After settling in ''DutchCop'' decided to join the local police force, but a few years after their arrival it started all over again. But this time there was no escape. His girlfriend mauled to death by those monsters and most of his friends turned into ''them'' made him join the [[Raccoon City Survivors]]. That group consisted of other Raccoon City residents who also succeeded in escaping. Now it's pay-back time...

| A decorated army-veteran from the outskirts of Raccoon City. ''DutchScout'' had fought in two wars: the Vietnam War and the Gulf War. Well, he didn't really fight in the latter war, but was a sniper-instructor in an improvised bootcamp just outside Baghdad. After the Gulf War he decided to take it easy and he moved to Raccoon City. There he built a small cabin in the forest on the Arklay Mountains just big enough for him, his dog and his two cats. But he had already noticed strange occurrences when the Spencer Mansion was overrun by T-virus infected creatures. His cats were killed by so-called Cerberuses (infected, deformed dogs), but he managed to escape the mayhem with his dog. And so he immigrated to the city of [[Malton]], were he lived peacefully for six years, until the [[Malton Incident|outbreak]] occurred. He lost his dog in the resulting chaos, but is more devoted then ever to survive this ''incident'' as well alongside his new-found friends of the [[Raccoon City Survivors]].

| He was a firefighter in Raccoon City during the T-Virus outbreak. Initially there was only a fire reported when he and his team moved out to the ''Raccoon City Times office''. But what they came across was much worse. The second and third floor were ablaze and people were slowly walking around like they didn't care. ''DutchFF'' quickly ran towards three people walking back into the flames, but when he reached them, he saw there was something wrong. They were looking at him with their ghoulish, empty eyes and started biting him all over. He grabbed his [[axe]] and managed to decapitate two of 'em. But the third one had grabbed him from behind and smashed him onto the pavement. There he lost conscience. A few months later, ''DutchFF'' awoke from his coma in a deserted and ransacked hospital somewhere on a small island in Great Britain. He was kept alive with help from members of the [[Raccoon City Survivors]] and decided to join them and find answers to his faith in this chaotic city...

| He was an inmate of the ''Raccoon City Penitentiary''. Locked up in Death Row for the murder of five ''Umbrella Corporation'' employees, who tried to catch him for experiments with a newly discovered virus. They failed catching him, he shot them with their own experimental weapons and ended up in prison. But when his fourteenth day in prison began he noticed that there was something strange going on. There were no guards to be seen and red alarm lights were silently flashing in the hallways. Somehow they had also forgot to lock his cell door properly, because ''DutchLooter'' managed to open it after a little fumbling with the lock. He quickly ran through the deserted hallways and went into the main security room. Should he open all the cell doors and cause a riot or should he try to escape while there wasn't any security present? He choose the latter option and opened all the hallway gates between him and the front gate. He then ran through the remaining hallways, while other inmates were shouting and cursing at him to open their doors as well. But he ignored their rants and made it to the main hall in the front-part of the complex. He opened the big iron doors and slowly walked outside. On the small grassland in front of the prison he spotted a abandoned helicopter owned by the [[Raccoon City Survivors]]. He got in the cockpit and flew off to a city on a small island just across the ocean...
