| Here is the honest deal. Have you ever been approached by me offering you an alliance? I give you my word that there shall be no betrayal not now not afterwards. Another safety net would be that if Umbrella does betray you then i shall leave. We shall help you as together we will be able to defeat EoE much more easily than if we were working seperatly. If co-ordinated dual strikes were perpetrated against their members then they would soon lose interest and disappear. The alliance would continue depending upon the leaders feelings. If you and the UC leaders felt that it wasnt working out you could remain neutral and come together again to face a common foe such as EoE. However, if you were to feel that the alliance was beneficial then you could work closely with the UC and eventually become true allies while expanding the sphere of influence. Working together would mean more members, greater recognition and more power for both parties.

| In what way do we zerg? I mean yes we do have the BOW program but it is hardly zerging to have them is it? There is also the fact that the BOW program has been inoperational for a fairly long time now. I believe it was inactive when Lanfried was still around. As for the claims of zerging i personally do not zerg and i believe that i can vouch for the collective of the Corporation when i say that as a whole (bar one or two individuals whom you have caught with alts (kylac, Thad and Jackson)) we do not zerg. I can also state that those with alts either use them rarely or they are completely inactive (except for the case of Jackson where he is leveling it for a friend and it is unrelated with the Umbrella Corporation).

| I am willing to put the bad blood and animosity between the UC and UBCS behind us and try to strive for a safer malton. I was not around for the period of time when you were with the UC so i have had no prior experience of you except for with the UBCS. I am neutral in the affairs between the UC and UBCS.

| However, i shall state again that it is a cordial alliance that has been offered in the hopes of friendship and help to defeat a common enemy. You extended the same offer to us and the leadership rebuked it due to loss of Krauser and Raven. They were worried that they had been spying so broke off contact completely. (The policy is only against images over 14px, handily) You can try the 2px solid border rather than 1 px if you like, that probably won't affect anything.
