Elite Player Skillset 5k plus

| Scope: | Players who attain 5000XP, then every 5000XP thereafter |
| Description: | I now have 20000XP and am bored. I wish that every 5000XP we could choose from a huge list of Elite Skills. These skills would include more damage, higher heals, faster recovery, more health, etc. This not only makes sense from a realistic perspective, but also from a motivational one. It would give fledgings a goal and give veterans new reasons to keep playing. |
