Legal mumbo jumbo

While I appreciate that you want to let others know about the legal action you are (or someone else is?) taking, the Arbitration page is strictly for wiki matters that you want to resolve using arbitration (which you are clearly not pursuing), while the Open Discussion page is for matters of general interest that bear discussion (you explicitly said this is not a matter for discussion and have provided no specific claims to discuss, nor even a target for your accusations). As such, I've removed the claims you made on both pages. If you feel compelled to post them again, I would suggest doing so on the talk page of the sysop in question, rather than on a public page where it isn't relevant.

That said, I am not a lawyer, but it's been pointed out to me that you may want to be careful about making claims of illegal activity, since you might be setting yourself up to receive a countersuit for libel (and the UK, where these servers are hosted, has rather strict libel laws, from what I hear). If you're taking legal action against someone else, I'd suggest keeping it to legal channels, rather than bringing it here, unless your lawyer tells you to do otherwise.
