It's what 2/3 of the tourists come for anyway, but seeing how you behave when drunk it's prolly a bad idea. Also looking at the horrible dutch spoken here, it's probably a good thing the Netherlands is one of the best English speaking countries in Europe aside from (obviously) England and Ireland.
