I think not. I think it's not appropriate to have them either as a DEM subpage or a FL subpage, because it concerns not one group but the relationship of two groups. Neither side should be considered to be "leading" in this relationship. That's the idea behind the setup. Also Alliance and subpages thereof might be useful for entirely different groups.
