Description

A dirty old project for any one who seeks refuge in Kinch Heights... or an STD!

History

The Witt Towers were developed in 1969 by Jizzy Witt as public housing for the lower class of Kinch Heights. it had a pretty high crime rate through the 70s & 80s. However, in the 90s the crime rate dropped as the Witt Towers native Lay-Z spoke the lyrics, "crack is wack so lets get the hood back!HOVA!" Since the outbrake, its been reasonably safe here... besides the zombies, but thats a different situation
