This location qualifies as a Center of Learning & is considered a neutral zone for all the supporters of this policy. According to the policy, libraries, schools, zoos, and museums in the city of Malton are considered safe places. No survivor in one of these locations may be killed for any reason unless that survivor is a specified enemy.

Eason Library

Eason Library is located in Wray Heights, a suburb of Malton. Another library of the same name exists in the neighboring suburb of Gulsonside. Although not a resource building, it is still a well positioned building, adjoining both St. Hilarion's Hospital and the Darnell Building (a NecroTech building).

2007-09-05: Last seen in zed hands and was ransacked. Freerunners be warned. One of many building to fall in the zed seige of Wray Heights.
