Dulston Optimal Defense Diagram/Original Plan

The Dulston Optimal Defense Diagram is similar to the Uniform Barricading Policy but is Dulston specific. No building will be less than very strongly barricaded, and extremely heavily barricaded buildings will will be distributed to provide optimal protection and to limit access to key resources. The reason it deviates from the UBP is to provide more safe houses that aren't high priority zombie targets for lower level character and more entry points for those with freerunning. This diagram also keeps the inhabitants of Dulston informed to the location of these places.
