Kinch Heights Restoration Committee Join us. The K.H.R.C. is dedicated to seeing the reconstruction and restoration of the Kinch Heights area through organized bureaucracy. Through the organizations various departments, we will over see the area and keep it safe for survivors as well as enforcing that safety by deterring those that would do harm to those under our portection.
