Lockwood Way Multi Storage Carpark is a 10 story carpark which covers 3 blocks. It was used as a carpark for:
- the Cari Museum
- one Factory and several warehouses
- the Rawkins Building
- the Streets Hotel
- Cummings Bank
- Two schools, Savery Alley School and Horsington Grove School were allowed to keep their school buses inside during the summer break.
- employees of the nearby Zacharias General Hospital and Stanbury Towers in Gulsonside could often be found parking their vehicles here
- Commuters often parked here and took a local bus to the Furzer Crescent Railway Station who then had access to all of Malton
- Every Sunday worshipers at the nearby St. Rosalia's Church were allowed to park here free of charge.
They also used it for emptying the trucks to the warehouses. It is considered the most used carpark in Malton.
