Malton Security Alliance

The Malton Security Alliance is a collective alliance of groups which participate in a committee to direct universally applicable decisions for all members. MSA was founded to solidate citywide communication, reinforce commitments to Malton's overall welfare, and act collaboratively on a larger scale.

Members adhere to basic protocols for maintainance of cohesion throughout Malton.

A suggestive phase - Initiative - will transpire in which a 'Directives' will be discussed and decided: setting a course of actions for all parties of MSA, schedules of which are publicly agreed. Voting Powers with participation for deciding a Directive and adhering to a Directive are:

Dissent (prevent Initiative) - 10% of Body, Preventing Directive.

Abstain (neutral Initiative) - No preference.

Assent (facillitate Initative) - 60% of Body, Activating Directive.

Condemn (in opposition of Directive) - Decline Participation with Directive.

Approve (in support of Directive) - Support Participation with Directive.
