The Old Arkham Defense Force is an organization whose goal is to ensure that the suburb of Old Arkham remains as zombie free as possible. Membership is open to everyone who share the same goals, regardless of suburb of origin.
Recruitment
While we are interested in welcoming anyone and everyone, we would ask that if you have offensive zombie combat skills you understand that you will be accepted/denied entry/membership on a case by case basis. To join at this time, you can apply on our talk page.
Strategic Goals
- Repel and defeat any zombie incursion into Old Arkham
- Provide aid and comfort to any and all pro-survivor in Old Arkham
- To work with other pro-survivor group(s) indigenous or operating in Old Arkham
- Provide reliable intelligence to the Malton Marshals and recognized Bounty Hunter organizations in Malton
- Establish and maintain a main base of operations/coordination within Old Arkham

Rank/Leadership
The following titles denote the rank and file of the Old Arkham Defense Force. Please keep in mind that these ranks don't follow any specific military force's titles IRL, but does borrow from them for the purposes of establishing heirarchy. Please keep in mind that at this time, there is no level requirement for the proceeding positions.
Command Level Officers
Commander - Leader of all of the OADF. Sets policy and guidelines for group operations. All command level officers are appointed by the Commander, and are authorized representatives/executors of said Commander.
Deputy Commander - Second in Command, acts as Leader in absence of Commander.
Sub Commander - Sectional leaders for OADF. There are four sections, each Sub Commander responsible for one. Can set limited policy within their sections as long as they do not undermine the policies set forth by the Commander. The four sections will be the NE, NW, SE, SW quarters of the suburb of Old Arkham. Sub Commanders also have the authority to respond to requests for assistance in the neighboring suburbs.
Field Level Officers
Adjutant - Responsible for execution of Sub Commander's orders/policies. Will lead squads within the sections dependent on their tasking. Can also take the place of the Sub Commander in case of absence, dismissal, or other vacancy of said position.
Sub Adjutant - Responsible for assisting and acting in place of the Adjutant.
Non-Appointed Officers/Enlisted
Staff Sergeants - Personnel who have completed the specialized requirements of their assigned or chosen positions, and are in training to assume Field Level and higher positions.
Operatives - Personnel who have completed the basic training requirements for the OADF Training Program. They may at this time begin training to specialize in their specific chosen or assigned positions.
Recruits - Personnel who do not have the requisite skills to operate within the sections as part of a team or individually and require constant supervision and guidance.
