On Strike: Is Urban Dead a Winable Game?

The chief complaint of survivor and zombie players who are On Strike is that the game has become drastically lopsided in favor of survivor players. This is indisputably the case as humans have more options to level up, defend themselves, and organize than zombies do. But is this intrinsically the sign of a "broken" game?

Urban Dead is a MMORPG, so in a traditional sense of MMORPG it is not a winable game. MMORPG's are meant to be played ad infinitum. However, there could be something drastically new occuring in Urban Dead.

Urban Dead is set in a city during a zombie apocolypse. If we watch the movies that this game is inspired by we can see that in a zombie apocolpyse there must be one side that wins and another side that dies. For a long time zombies, although a numerically inferior population, seemed to have a distinct advantage in the game.
