Rapid Revivication Initiative

The Recommendation of Dr. Cobb

Considering the current state of the city of Malton is dire (see Suburb ), the living citizens of this city must institute a global policy change to the notion of the Revivication Point (RP), if we are to survive the zombie threat. To this end, all living groups should alter their current objectives to make rapid revivication their primary objective. All secondary objectives, such as XP farming, barricading resources, and creating safer suburbs, I believe, will logically follow. For example, one radio broadcast I recently heard (03.02.2008) cited 16 zombies in a cemetery in Wykeswood (17, 75). These are 16 people eager to be alive, 16 people who could otherwise be reinforcing barricades, maintaining generators, and revivicating zombies.

Because it is currently so easy to become a zombie and so difficult to be revived, we Maltonites stand little chance of holding out against the zombie horde (again, see Suburb). We must bolster the ranks of the living if we are to survive.

The Policy

I humbly propose the following measures for all living groups to adopt to reduce the wait time for revivication from days to hours:

1. Tactical placement of RPs so as to reduce AP cost to those revivifying and to provide a safe place (near fortified, powered buildings)

2. The formation of task forces that accumulate revivication syringes to use en mass. Perhaps there should be several of these task forces per RP so that they can alternate between obtaining and using syringes.

The Goal

My sincere hope is that, given this global policy change, we might one day reclaim the great city of Malton. In the meantime, I believe that, through the R.R.I., the needs of the citizens (XP farming, security, supplies, general fun) will be better met.

Signed,

Dr. Cobb
