Suggestion talk:20070516 '/me' style Flavour Action Text.

Why is this suggestion called a dupe? Because it once got suggested and bombed with kill votes. Over a year ago. Whats wrong with this one? Instead of screaming Dupe, why didnt you vote kill instead? I dont think its fair that because one suggestion, over a year ago got rejected, that the same suggestion now should be ignored.
I'm not actually all that happy with the process. Say someone submits a good idea, or an idea that seems overpowered at the time but later after other changes fits in well, and it gets rejected?
Suddenly, anyone who resubmits the new idea, is an idiot, who's just copying other peoples ideas.
Suddenly, that line of upgrades is locked out forever. Soon enough, short of moving the game to the moon, or having teleports, we're not going to have any more ideas, because they'll all be considered Dupes. When does it become allowable to repost an idea? well, I'd have though a little over a year. I can also understand peoples comments about how they'd rather not do it "the lazy way". Whats the non-lazy way? Why cant people that prefer to RP a bit do it that way?
