The Edson Precinct is a group of buildings monitored or controlled by the Tactical Assault Containment Service.. Edson Precinct consist of many buildings, some only buildings to hold tight in and use for monitoring the area, others resource buildings being kept in a state of security for members of the T.A.C.S. team as well as any allies to the group or any free runners making their way through the city... T.A.C.S. as it is also called is a group of survivors working out of Malton trying to help restore safety, peace and order to the desimated and corps filled streets.
