There's no much sense to create resource, if it doesn't have information on it and there's so few people updating it...

Also all the thing with modified template to show "Houldenbank-bic" instead of "bic" is generally bad. For example, because there are already danger reports for some of buildings - NTs - and so, you've created superfluous danger reports.
