There were some minor glitches with your advert, so its been commented out for now.

1. - The image is a bit to big for the new guidelines. (Actually, it was also to big under the old ones... and the new ones are in fact more generous.)
2. - The formating can and does affect foamrting of adverts below it unless exta white space / rules are used. Please include those on the advert page itself, NOT the recruitment page. Alternately, encasing your entire advert content in a table will solve this problem.
