Question about additions

Can I simply add jjames, Jack Charlton, and Scinfaxi to the list, or is there some system to get them listed? -- Amazing 18:36, 16 March 2006 (GMT)

They have to have done something to be on the list, such as, PKing, Terrorism, Insurgency, or just being an ass in general.
