Template Changes

The OBR is proposing some changes to the barricade plan here. Most of the change is simply in fewer VSB buildings in the area. A couple places (notably Ashenden PD and St. Innocent's) were put at VSB for UBP sake. Again, this is just a proposal, and we are looking for collaboration from ALL survivor groups in Mornington for a consensus plan that we can all agree on and work together to maintain. --Maverick ^{Talk - OBR 404} 07:36, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
