Barricade Violation

Wetton Library to VSB
The Spartan Vanguard Forces wishes to remove the EHB barricades at Wetton Library in exchange of VSB++ Barricades in order to provide an entry point for the Button NT Building in Old Arkham and an Entry Point for Hopping Road Police Department, This change would be made starting Monday, Sept 24th.
