Usage:
Simply place
{{ArchiveNotice|ArchiveName=Archive}}on whatever page you wish to notify people that an archive exists on.
It is dynamic, and will include a link to the page's archive.
Important Note: The archive page MUST be located as such: "Template:ArchiveNotice/ArchiveName". If not, this template won't work as it's supposed to.
