Always find it unfair to repair a ransacked building, and having over -100 AP? Yeah, you, me, and every survivor!

Ever since the ransacking option, the game has had a huge gap between the zombies and survivors. Some how, the zombies have the upper hand. But, wait a minute, I thought this game was suppose to be balanced? Well apparently the zombie players always want to find updates that make it harder for survivors to survive, thus, unbalancing the game. Also, has humans repair more and more buildings, shouldn't they get more intellect on how to repair things? We learn best by doing.
So instead of ranting on more, here is what I propose. There be a maximum amount of AP to repair a ransacked building, such as 50 AP. That way, survivors can't be stuck with negative AP, leaving them 100% vulnerable for several days, and with the revivification syringes using up 10 AP to heal someone, reviving is a lot harder, once again, making in unfair for the survivors. Now, of course zombie players will argue that this makes it 'unfair', and of course make a suggestion to make it unbalanced again.
It just ticks me off. I remember about 2 years ago, I could not find a more fun game than Urban Dead, because the game was perfectly balanced, and then all the updates for the zombies came about, and only 1 or 2 for the survivors. That changed the balance of the game, siding pretty heavily for the zombies. Now, instead of more ranting, I will give the pros and cons.
Pros: Survivors won't have negative 100+ AP. It ensures newbies will have a little easier chance surviving. Survivors will stay in Urban Dead for much longer, rather than quitting. Survivors have a greater chance of surviving. Survivors have a better chance of gaining back some buildings. It ensures survivors can't repair more than 1 50 AP ransacked building in 1 day.
Cons: It will be easier for 2 survivors to take back a building. In order to keep buildings ransacked, a group of zombies would have to stay in the building.
