The Brotherhood of the Ninth Circle is an organization whose members believe in the ascension to the Ninth Circle through murder, disease and forced control over people. It's not that we hate people, as such - some of our best friends are people - it's just...no, it is that.

Based out of The Latrobe Building in Darvall Heights (next door to the infamous Caiger Mall - which is also ours, contrary to the desires of it's previous owners), The Brotherhood exists to increase the total sum of human suffering in the streets of Malton. This means we welcome anybody - humans, and zombies alike - as long as they spend their time harming others.
