The Old Arkham Restoration Army is a newly formed militia that is in the midst of setting up operations, as such we are in need of personnel to fill our ranks.

Those in the Arkham area who wish to help restore the cities and make them safer for everyone are encouraged to contact and join us.

all recruits will be accepted, and leadership roles are available to those willing and able to prove themselves.

The goal of Toara is to setup and defend our determined network of essential buildings and then slowly proceed with restoring the rest of the city.

Our base of operations to-be falls under the Miskatonic University campus area, thus all Toara members are not to interfere with its remaining staff members.

Current Operations

There are three major objectives at this time, which consist of:

1.) Get the main buildings operational and lit

2.) Start actively recruiting and increase numbers

3.) Organize members and assign ranks

Registration is not needed until you are an accepted member, and as a guest you are still able to request our services or communicate with us.

Policies

Player Killers

Toara will not intervene in affairs regarding player killers, as these conflicts are deemed the most counter-productive to the restoration of the city and the survivor cause in general.

If our members are targeted specifically, counter measures will be taken.

Generator Killers

If found vandalizing generators in our area we will consider any GKer a hostile target, as this is harmful to our cause.

Zergers

Due to being the scum of the earth, all confirmed Zergers are Kill On Sight.
