Introduction

Since the beginning of this apocalypse there have been those searching for salvation. Death itself has overflowed unto the world and our very souls have been desecrated, we have all been defiled. We must purge our souls by spilling tainted blood, only then can we achieve salvation, only then can we hope to escape the horror of our situation and only by sacrificing the tainted can we protect ourselves from the ravenous maws of death. Only by returning the blood of the contamintated to the foul earth can we escape the horrific fate of re-animation, the ultimate desecration of soul and body.

Our Beliefs

We believe that the foul creatures that have plagued our city are borne from the tainted earth itself, a punishment for the crimes of humanity. We hope to be deemed worthy to achieve salvation, and we must purge ourselves of death's defilement by performing sacrifices and taking the lives of heretics and non-believers. The foul zombies are soulless but immortal and we cannot hope to return them to their graves but we must protect ourselves and recieve salvation by sacrificing those with tainted blood. All members must be willing to take the lives of supposedly "innocent" survivors, whether or not you enjoy the killing is irrelevant, blood must spill as to cleanse the soul. The rain shall wash away death in a tidal wave if we but repent and purge our soul.

Clothing

The typical attire of a raincoat cultist. As of yet neither yellow raincoats nor green facemasks are available in-game but any raincoat with a mask will do. Remember that members are free to wear whatever clothing they choose and although wearing such distuingishing clothing will show your membership and devotion it will also be easy for bounty hunters and do-gooders to identify and kill you. Our path to salvation is perilous and many stand in our way, unable to realise what we do is both right and necessary.

Prayers of sacrifice

A prayer in preparation for a sacrifice:

• As I/we stand here today death itself washes over the world, defiling us all. I/we pray that, by the spilling of blood, we shall be spared from death. We pray the by the sacrifice of the ignorant and the heretic we shall achieve salvation. I/we pray that by returning _____________'s blood to the foul earth that hast spawned him/her we shall purge our souls and have peace. Cruor pro cruor.

• I/we seek salvation and promise, forever more, to spill blood like rain unto the earth. I/we believe that the salvation of the soul can only be achieved by the sacrifice of the ignorant and the heretic. I/we believe that by purging the tainted blood we can save ourselves from the ravenous maw of death. • I/we pray that we may accept salvation and turn away from ignorace. Death washes over the world and by the power of blood may we be protected.
