The Seven Nocturnal Statements

  • The Sons of the Nocturnal will take much ambition to find, we are an extremely secret and powerful society.

-Note:Many will most likely fail in the process to discovering the ways of the Nocturnal.

  • The members will remain unknown.
  • Those who hunt the Nocturnal will perish.
  • The Sons of the Nocturnal are a tranquil brotherhood that strive through the destruction and death to find serenity and peace.
-We aren't PK's
  • The Sons of the Nocturnal doesn't make enemies, those who oppose us become the opposition.
  • The Nocturnal never openly declares war or starts fights.
  • There isn't just one leader, nor is there just one HQ.

The Laws of the Nocturnal

  • Never hurt an innocent.
  • Never attack anyone on sight unless an order has been given from the headmaster himself.
  • Never alienate those in need of help.
  • Never go into full combat unless you have only that option, use stealth and embrace the shadows.
  • If a brother of the Nocturnal is a threat to the rest of the Nocturnal community, you must stop him and prevent the fall of the Nocturnal community.
-However it must be a very serious offense to take that responsibility.
  • Those who come to us and pay their respects to the Moonchildren and the beauty of night shall be accepted by all of the Nocturnal community and will be most welcome into our loving embrace.

The Nocturnal Guidelines

  • The perfect member in the ways of the Nocturnal should be excellent at sneaking around and avoids conflict or getting noticed.
  • They help the needy and destroy the greedy.
  • Work in mysterious ways without exploiting your intentions.
  • The moonchildren shouldn't scavenge in large groups, the triumvirate of Nocturnalists is recommended (Symbolizing for the three phases of the moon).
  • Camping as a large group is fine, but when embracing the shadows, it must be silent and quick, without needing to wait for others.
  • Avoid the undead when you are able, only fight when you must.
  • Don't always openly or physically attack your enemies. There are more effective inconspicuous ways of destroying those threatening you.

The Nocturnal Code of S.S.S.

  • Sneak- Often only traveling in solo or small groups such as a pair or trio and use of freerunning to get around.
  • Scavenge- Sneak around to find places to ransack and raid for supplies or destruction, also to take over buildings as a camp.
  • Sleep- Resting in small groups in hidden places.

The Policies of Nocturnal Secrecy

  • If you think you're going to be sly and read our news on here, you must be really slow. We won't ever broadcast or have public notifications, news is traveled by word of mouth.
  • Once again, no members will be marked, if they are marked on their group description, they aren't a member. You will never know who around you is apart of the dark society of the night.
  • No HQ's will be marked either, you will never know when we are among you. However we will rain clues and omens upon you.
  • About the leaders and high members of the moonchildren, it's not so simple to look for us by name. There's more to it than that.

The Policies of Enemies of the Nocturnal

  • The Undead.
  • PK's.
  • Those who speak out against us.
  • Those who neglect the ones in need.
  • The greedy and selfish ones who lock themsevles away.
  • Those who jeopardize the safety of others.
  • Those who betray the brotherhood.

Clues for the Curious

-Here are simply some ways for us to heighten your awareness of us.
  • Those who work solo, in a pair, or triumvirate.
  • Use of S.S.S.
  • The Nocturnal Sanctuaries or Lunar Havens are often hidden in hard to reach places where we hide and rest safe from harm.
  • Graffiti and property damage.
  • Use of melee weapons over guns.
  • Silence.

The Nocturnal Sanctuaries and Lunar Havens

  • These are the homes and places of refuge for the brotherhood as well as any innocent who wanders upon us.
  • These are often confused with plain-old safehouses, but there are specific characteristics making them unique.
  • The Nocturnal Sanctuaries are usually churches while the Lunar Havens can be anywhere.
