Charlie a survivor from past operations in the U.S. military was sent to Malton during the outbreak. He had a team once. They were known as the R.A.F. other wise the Recon Assault Force. After weeks and weeks of fighting Charlie was the only survivors and is recruiting the survivors of Malton into his force so he can work to save lives.
