Rikku the roader is a reincarnation of the now deceased Drift the Roader. 

Backstoy

Drift had gone out for group supplies when she was jumped by zombies, unable to defeat them she was killed. After her death she wandered around aimlessly until she found a journal of a voodoo doctor, using the information found in the book she mastered the skill of reincarnation and became a firewoman three weeks before the outbreak. She then went to find Zuben and join the Rotten Tomatoes force, however because she doesn't have her skills in medicine anymore she could no longer hold position of head nurse.
