Mortimer Shanks, the Anarchist Basterd, used to be an archaeologist. Then he joined the Fire Dpt. to help Malton's people. Things he doesn't trust: the Army, the Police and NecroTech. He is covered in tattoos. He disappeared on the 2nd of November 2009, somewhere near The Wisby Monument. [1]
