Here are some suggested guidelies. I've taken the examples directly from the wiki.
Permitted
1. Notices of danger level updates:
"Due to earlier reports and the current number of zeds around Pitneybank I'm now upgrading the danger level to orange."
2. Factual scouting information:
"Mermagen St is full of zeds waiting for revives."
3. Analysis of tactical/strategic situation:
"Zombie numbers have risen to 167 and survivor nubmers fall below 50. Some survivors have attempted to barricade and killed back a couple zombies but it appears defeat is inevitible for Morrish."
4. Speculation on tactical/strategic situation:
"The Dewell Building in nearby Spracklingbank now has 40 zeds milling about it, probably looking hungrily to Giddings Mall two blocks south. "
5. Localized action reports of meaningful activity:
"Hospital breached. I've loosely barricaded the front doors to buy us more time, then staggered next door to rouse survivors there to help push the zeds out."
6. General, inoffensive taunting:
"The mall is ruined. Stop delaying the inevitable. All it takes is a simple jump from a window and you too can join in the March of The Dead."
Not Permitted
1. Speculative/false scouting information:
I couldn't find an example, but should be obvious. Excessive use of speculative scouting could even be considered malicious.
2. Suggestions of tactics and strategy:
"The west barracks is 'caded and the infirmary has only one zed in it. An experienced team can easily take back the fort."
3. Directed insults (as to a specific person or group):
"Obviously your head is way too far up your ass to realize that we are working against a common enemy, the zombies."
4. Offensive taunting:
Couldn't find an example, but should be rather obvious.
5. Soapboxing/Complaining:
"A meaningless war rages.We don't know who started it.But I do know who OR what can end it.Gibsonton needs peace.Not idiots"
6. Arguing:
A horde of 1500 zombies is soon to approach on this location and all you can do is fight amongst yourselves? How dumb!
This needs to end! I can't do anything useful if every time I get revived, some butt head PKs me for absolutely no reason.
You people are making it pretty easy for the zombies to win, you know. Survivors are barely scraping by as it is and are basically going to wiped out as soon as BB2 make it to this last pocket of safe suburbs, and all you can do is kill each other off first? Sheesh.
