Parfenov D is from Moscow, Russia. He is a former member of Russian Army, went completly mad, after zombie schoolgirl ate his comrade, with whom he was sightseeing Malton. Now he thinks he is some kind of a paladin, a messenger of God, who is to purge all of the undead from the city. Currently he is a member of RAZOR.
