Bespectacled and raven haired with a taste for justice, a body like Shakira and a mind like Carol Vorderman.. and with a sense of humour... this young Detective is quite a catch, but far too focused on her work to be looking for love.

On the day of the outbreak MacLane was busy following up a lead. She turned up at the door of a well known snitch in Malton looking for some information on a bank heist but instead found a red-eyed snarling zombie. She put three bullets into the monster before cracking it's skull with her radio. The zed slumped to the ground and MacLane breathed a sigh of relief.

MacLane headed back home to her single bedroom appartment. She pulled on her ass-kicking boots, set her MP3 player to ROCK and headed out the door.

MacLane's great great uncle invented jelly beans, or atleast that's what she was told as a kid.

MacLane spent a year as a stage hand working on the musical version of Resevoir Dogs.

MacLane has a PhD in Microbiology, but always believed her true calling was law enforcment.

MacLane supports Arsenal Football Club and was at one time President of the Jens Lehman fan club.

MacLane cites Buffy Summers as her role model.
